Another Benefit - Finders Compensation
The Fund’s main focus is on identifying investment opportunities outside of the investment banking auction process.  To that end, we have created a unique compensation program for individuals and entities that introduce us to investment opportunities on a proprietary, or non-competitive, basis.  Subject to the satisfaction of certain regulatory and other requirements, we will provide for a cash fee equal to 2% of the transaction value at closing and 3% of the Fund’s profits on the individual investment to those who make a formal introduction to an investment opportunity in which we subsequently invest in a non-competitive environment. Please click here for a summary description of our finders compensation program and a hypothetical example.  Contact us directly for more detailed information regarding specific terms and conditions.
