TGP Capital Partners, L.L.C. (the “Fund” or “TGP Capital Partners”) is a private equity investment fund with $56.5 million under management formed to make middle-market investments in well-managed, profitable, and growing companies.  The Fund prefers to provide growth capital for acquisitions or internal growth or to facilitate liquidity or a sale event for existing shareholders.  TGP Capital Partners makes both control and minority equity investments in partnership with proven managers in manufacturing and business services companies with revenues generally between $15 million and $150 million.  The Fund generally seeks to invest between $5 million to $14 million in any individual portfolio company.

The Fund’s managing entity is TGP Investments, L.L.C. (“TGP Investments”), a Kansas City-based merchant banking firm led by a strong investment team with extensive experience in middle-market private equity investing.

The Fund invests primarily in U.S.-based, middle-market companies with revenues ranging from $15 million to $150 million, with a distinct focus on general manufacturing and business services companies located primarily in the greater Midwest.
